Looking for some imput.
So, what are the songs that get your crowds back in focus with your show?
I'm looking for the song names that usually work no matter where you play.
Songs that you rely on when it seems the show is going off course.
Thanks
Roger

I have to agree with the 60's medley - I did it as a sing-along at a charity gig for children with cancer - went down very well.
Also: I'm a believer To good to be true (we do a disco version) Sweet Home Alabama (probabaly because of the intro)
My husband is a very nice guitarist, and he does killer versions of Black Magic Woman and Still Got The Blues - definitely brings back attention when it's wandering.

Over in this part of the globe, songs like "I just called to say I love you ", Careless Whispers" "Sacrifice", "Cant help falling in love" "Red Red Wine, still makes heads turn !!! Yes, Black Magic Woman and Sweet Home Alabama gets good response too. Most of the Brian Adams songs are very popular. Rock n Roll songs of the King, Elvis, always get the crowd going. Guess what ? I havent tried the MidiMart 60s Medley ......(I hang my head in shame !!!)

Standards that everyone hollers for: YMCA, Time Warp, Macarena. And for sing-along (and I use the phrase VERY loosely), Born to be Wild.
