Hi Everyone I know it can be irritating, but I cant help it. I cant help yawning in between songs. Ofcourse, I dont yawn while I'm singing, but when the song is over and my partner is on the mic, this yawn comes and I try to camouflage it by coughing or looking away. I bite my teeth to stifle the yawn , but it comes through. No I'm not yawning because my partner's songs are boring. Its just one of things and it usually happens when I'm really tired and havent had much sleep. Whatever the reason, I feel embarassed that I do it and I wish I didnt !!! I feel its rude, but I cant help it (yawn....yawn....yawn ) Does anyone experience this ?

Hi Shyam Have you heard of Power napping. Just make sure you have 40mins shuteye before you go to your gig. You will be amazed at how refreshed you will feel. Regards Mark

Hi Shyam Interesting thread, Id reccomend Redbull as a means of quick fix for tiredness on stage, I work alot of hours and sometimes sleep can catch up but I feel Redbull is a very good help.
Hi Mark, everytime I try and get a little shut eye before a gig I notice when I wake up I am very groggy and find it difficult to get my voice into shape before I start singing, I also Have this problem in the morning even warm up exercises do not work... Any suggestions?
