This is a question that has been asked on one of my groups. As I've never bothered to do this so I haven't got a very good reply for him. Hope you guys can come up with some various methods, software & hardware to accomplish this::
I want to have as much control as possible over a midi file in live
performance. Especially I need to be able to repeat the song either from the start or from the middle of the song. What gear or software can I use? I know that Roland discontinued Discover5m which had many functions for controlling a midi file.
