I myself use MidConverter, it is cheap and does the job very well. It actually records live and does not convert to audio instantly. This way I find I have more control of the recording, takes a little longer but the effort is worth it. It converts to all formats, I convert to mp3 then let the windows media player burn to CD with outstanding audio quality. Take a look here MidiConverterDon't forget we have all our back issues of our famous mp3's on CD or DVD, you can get your copy here MP3 Back Issues.
