Hy ryan,
I'm afraid that I no not of any transposer for mp3's... The only thin I can think of for this sort of thing - Is a key shift on your player. As I don't know the equipment that you use' it's hard for others to help.
If you can give a little more detail then someone may have the knowledge....
The only other thing I can think of, is get the midi file - transpose in a good editor or sequencer - then re-master it to mp3.
Or ask very nicely and we may be able to help, providing we have the file or track you need.

Guys, If you have a WAV editing program, you can load the MP3 into the editor (it loads as a WAV file) change the key and save the file as an MP3. You want to keep the oriiginal MP3 and save the new file with a new name.
