Not MM file

I know you have probably been asked this question on a regular basis and are fed up of answering it, but I have searched the forum and I am unable to find the answer so here is my question.
I understand that some of the files are not made by yourself but recently alot of the new midis say R C file is this another company or another sequencer and if so do these files still come under your licence?

Sine the files are coming form me I will answer the question you ask. These are file that I have collected form various sources on the net. They are being checked by MidiMart to make sure they have no copyright claims to them. So with that said, you can use them as you see fit, no license requirements needed.

Yes we do vet all files sent in not only (RC) files but any others, including any posted directly to requests (Upload Portal).

All files posted on MidiMart.net are deemed to be free of copyright and also are of public domain. All the same rules apply to these files as they do of MidiMart sequenced files.......

The only exception that MidiMart places, is that MidiMart do not alter amend or tamper with these files whatsoever and we (MidiMart.net) cannot guarantee the quality of other files placed here or on our main site apart from our own. We do however check them for any virus or worms before posting, this is a policy of MidiMart.

The (RC) files that you refer to have been posted with (RC) so that the sender (rogerch) can see at a glance that he has no need to re-download these (duplicate) files as I know he is an avid collector of Midi files.
