Evening all, Yip its me again with another question lol. How do you fellow instrument players find the notation for the backing tracks? I do have a few real books etc but never in a months of puff would have notation for every tune on here Is it a case of downloading a midi from another site that has the melody included and printing out? If so what prog would I use to grab the melody? Sorry thats more than question!!! Andy

I don't know where others get their notation from but I use "Rock Score", try your local library... We have a good selection here....
Each individual instrument is printed including the drums....
Just a matter of playing in the notation and step edit the drums, dead easy..... There is a place in the US that supply this kind of notation but it's trade only....
If you want to print out the notation for your own use, you will need a professional sequencer, the likes of Cubase or Cakewalk. There are other notation programmes about but if you want the best, any of the above are great.
