I am hoping someone may be able to help me here, I normally like to Play music or Rip cd's in my Creative player/organizer, but just lately every time I put in a CD, I get a message in Creative that says
"There is another process of the music information provider running at the same time,try again after the process has completed"
This happens with all my CD's, but it never used to before, if I open it in Windows Media Player, I get the CD information OK, if I open it in itunes, I don't get the information, I want to rip it with the information but in MP3 format, and I don't think you can do that with Windows Media can you?
Has anyone ever had this problem, or have any idea or what I can do, I don't want to have to put all the information in manually
