Hi folks,i'm not sure if anyone can help me with this little problem,i will explain what i was doing & it used to work fine but i'm not sure why i am unable to do the same thing again.Right!! firstly i bring up a midifile as usual on c/walk window make the usual editing adjustments to suit my own backing requirements then i run the midi via usb to my sonic cell module where it picks up the quality s/cell sounds from there i link it from s/cell to my mic imput on my audidgy card on the computer via an audio cable so now i have done a complete circuit out of & back into the computer,next i open up an audio track on cakewalk underneath the midi tracks of the song i have edited,then enable the audio track to record start the midi a & when the midi is playing it used to record it as a wav track at the same time but now for some reason it does not record or even show any signs of picking up the sounds on the audio track,the midi sounds themselves are coming through ok. What is frustrating is that it has always been able to record perfectly before,any suggestions welcome, it maybe that somehow i have altered the settings on the imputs or outputs on the computer soundcard,the volume is coming out of the s/cell ok in wav because i connected it to my pa system & it works fine so somewhere between the audigy soundcard & the audio track on c/walk seems to be the problem,i have been into the control panel /sound devices with no luck, any advice welcome ,if you are close to me just drop in for & coldie you will be made very welcome,thanks for hearing all of ole Simmo's problems ;D ;D
