Jerry Reed left us at the age of 71. most folks remember him from the movie, Smoky and the Bandit. I will remember him as the man who was skilled with the guitar and the pen.
Jerry wrote and sang, When you're Hot you're hot, and a long list of many other comedy songs that made us smile. With songs like, The Crude Oil Blues, and Lord Mr. Ford What Have You Done. he was one out of the few country singers to bring a chuckle over any situation brought out in a song.
