CD Insert Template?

Hi

I am looking for a free cd insert template I could use. I've got the cd insert design done for our demo cd but I can't find a template that'll let me insert that picture into the tempalte and adjust it to fit correctly into the template.

Anyone here know of one?

I tried it & it's the best I've used, so I bought it, can't remember how much, but it wasn't much & well worth it.
