Hi once again Valvey, I usually put the curser on the bar at track one where you want to cut off the tracks to end the midi eg. measure(bar) eighty, click, it will then leave a vertical line running through all the tracks, next click edit on the toolbar, then /select/all/ then all the tracks will all be highlighted next click split on the edit dropdown box then go back to the where the tracks have been now split, all you need to do is to make sure only the section of all the tracks which are to be removed are highlighted,to do this press & hold the control button on the keyboard & proceed to click all of the tracks in the section that you need to remove, you may need to do them individually, once they are all highlighted go to edit & press delete in the dropdown box, anything that is highlighted will be removed so make sure none of tracks you are using are not highlighted,if you make a mistake just go to edit & click undo in the dropdown box this will return it to its previous position,& you can redo it again, hope this works for you, it may take a couple of try's to highlight the section you need removing make sure you dont double click them, just do them one at a time while you hold the control button on the keyboard down at the same time, regards, simmo ;D ;D

Hi again Valvey, thanks for message, let me know if it works because i am still a novice at all this stuff, i wouldn't like to point you in the wrong direction, i'm sure there are plenty of other ways to do all these functions a lot easier than i have explained to you,but it works for me,regards simmo
