HELP!!!!!!!! With my computer

I have recently had a major problem with my PC
Resulting in going back to factory settings (after 7 years can you imagine how much work) anyway we are up and running now
but for one problem that is driving me MAD.
I cannot get the pages to scroll how they used to which is just inching down a bit at a time instead they have a ripple effect which is driving me M---A----D. Any suggestions Please.

I had the same problem a while back shezza, but when i updated to the latest internet explorer it worked right again.

Youre absolutely right tubbs. Shezza, just uninstall the new Internet Explorer and get back the old one (it will revert automatically when you uninstall the newer one)
Its a real bug bear and caused my PC to hang quite a few times.
Another way to get things back to shape is to run SPYBOT - it really helps.
By the way have you defragmented your drives ? This helps a bit too.
