I have the desk top model i run it thru a cheap guitar amp and man i gotta tell ya... it rocks. and for recording its amazing..... the only thing i would recommend is to buy one with the foot controls built in ( floor model ) I was lucky to have a midi controller that worked.... very cool unit!! ;D

Man! That Vox Tonelab is awesome. I've got a Boss ME-50 and it's all digital. It's a great pedal but warm tube sounds ....well...it can't do that. That You Tube demo really sells that product. Now, all I have to do is check the price out, and hopefully I won't get sticker shock, but with Vox...well...maybe I better be sitting down...LOL

Hi Tiny I haven't taken the plunge yet,i'm still thinking about it.I know it's had some great revues and i've listened to the you tube clips and the sounds are very good. The reason i'm holding back is,i've never heard it through a guitar amp.I love my fender twin and wouldn't do without it,so ,how does it sound through an amp? Can you disable the cab simulators? or is it designed solely for the recording /straight to mixer market? id love to hear your thoughts. regards Eddie
