Hi Pat,

Yea, some lesson!
And difficult to write too.
You wouldn't believe how long it took me!
And how many times I wiped complete sections and started again.
Thank you for saying it made sense to you. That, ultimately, is my aim here, to try to reduce some of the incoherent stuff to at least a moderately understandable form.
