Anyone had trouble downloading "The Young Ones" (Cliff) from the main midi site? Got it on the computer,(Van Basco etc.) and there was no notation at all...all blank instruments. I tried a few more Cliff songs and they were all OK. Rossi

Change the midi format from 1 to 0, it solves your problem.

Jimmy, You'll have to stop this technical stuff !!!! Me and computer wizardry do not mix. Downloading from the site onto floppy disc takes no info. If I play the disc through my Roland keyboard it says nothing is there! The disc from the computer also says the same thing. Might be easier just requesting another version of the song, Rossi

hi Rossi, Midifiles on the site are saved in either format 1 or format 0. Format 1 will not comply to all keyboards, because there my be more than 16 tracks saved on the midifile. If you have a software sequencer i.e. Cakewalk or the one recommended by Midimart, Jazz Sequence, which is downloadable from the main site, just open the file and then save as format 0. Anyway I've emailed you the Midimart version in Format 0 and another version for your perusal.
