Hi Alex,
The second chord is C/G or C+9 , just play the open G chord and move your 2 fingers from the E & A string across to the A & D strings,
Can't put a Tab box here but the fingering is:
Low E-open, A string -3rd fret, D string -3rd fret, G string -open, B string -3rd fret, E string -3rd fret.
