My guitar of choice is the Gibson Les Paul. I just love the way it feel and how it responds to my unique style of playing, sort of slapping the chords in a extravagant choppy kind of way, which works well with the swampy country style we like to do. My own one is the standard as shown in the link below. I still can figure how to get photos on the forum and my hat goes off to you guys who can. That's why I have a link to a lookalike Les Paul. I'd like to see pics of other members guitars. Have look at the link www.gibson.com/Files/images/LPSHC.jpg

Hey Lee, how's it going? I can't get photos up here either. If you would like some good pics of guitars go to www.musiciansfriend.com find the guitar list bring up larger photo and save it. I got a Dixon 12 string 30 years old (copy of Hummingbird) a Charvel TX Custom and a Ibanez RG 1530 (extremly modified)

Yep - Love the Les Paul - Mine's a 75 Standard Antique Sunburst. Broad shoulders are a must!! Been playing the lighter Carlo Robelli and Gretsch Falcon recently, but still love to get the Gibby out and enjoy it

Well if this is the case all I can say is well done. This reminds me I once bought a really cheap guitar and loved playing it. I don't think it even had a name - at least not one I can remember but I got great fun strumming away. But because the action was so high my fingers became like stone
