Cat, Why do you insist on listing your files by song name? Why don't you list your files by the artist's name?
(ANSWER)
To me the logical way to organize music of any kind is by song title in alphabetical order. There are 26 letters in the alphabet. There are literally hundreds of thousands of artists!!! There may even be millions!
Sure, there are a few songs that are completely different tunes but carry the same name, but there are far more tunes that have been covered by multiple artists.
Then you have all the 'one hit wonder ' artists that would have only one lousy song within their folder. What a waste of time and space!
This is just a partial list of the artists that have done the old tune "Goody Goody". Which one do YOU remember having done it?? What artist's folder would you look in??
This is a perfect example of why I don't list tunes under artist's name or decade. Goody Goody has been recorded year after year spanning from 1936 - 1979
Keep in mind that this list and time period are just the artists and years I can confirm. Also keep in mind this isn't a tune that's been covered all that much!

The artist's name is there only as a guide to what version you will be hearing. If the artist is listed as "FrankSinatra" you can rest assured you won't be hearing a heavy metal version!! LOL!!!
