Thankyou Shyam Here in Blackpool we haven't been affected really, except it never stops raining, but Tewkesbury is under 6 feet of water and cut off from the rest of England. The Thames is also expected to overflow its banks around 1am, a little under 4 hours from now. For all those further south, hope all eventually turns out not TOO badly. Maybe that's a silly thing to say, considering all that's happening. Take care Bri

We have had it pretty bad here in the Nottingham area.... Fortunately, we live at the highest point of Nottingham and not been affected, although the rain is still pouring.
Some parts of Nottingham have had the floods real bad.
This is very unusual weather we're having in the UK. I think we have your Monsoon's Shyam.

I have been watching this on the telly (Sky News is covering nothing else at the moment) and it is terrible what those in the effected areas have to suffer. Hopefully this will all be sorted out so no one has to suffer like this again int the future.
