Hi Everyone I'm sure many of you singing at Restaurants and pubs have seen printed request slips (printed by the management , ofcourse)
Its nicer to receive requests on these slips instead of on paper napkins and cigarette packets !
Sure would love to view some good designs !

Certainly better than someone trying to request a song verbally when you're half way through a song!

Just a quick one after reading about requests. Yes, it's not unusual for someone to come up whilst you're playing and ask for a song, even as you are doing the singing, but last week this guy actually came up to me in the middle of the chorus of "Everything I own" and asked me where the nearest chemist was...no kidding. And he was deadly serious. Are these people for real...or maybe I was doing a terribly bad version and it had made him feel ill!!! Cheers, Rossi

I prefer any requests on a 10 note..... This is a good design. In fact any Bank note is the BEST design.... I even take them etched in coins lol ;D Larry

Uh oh, so you guys have the same problems - having guys talking to you when you're singing. I usually point to my partner and they move over to him Glenn, I got some good "tips" last week. A guest wrapped up a rose in a 1000 Rupee note and gave one to each of us !! Usually they place it in the bill folder and place it on the keyboard,. Its done pretty ploitely if I may say so. Rossi, I'm sure that guy thought you owned the chemists shop too ......... "everything I own " lol Ok, ok, ok , now where are the designs and suggestions ?

here's something I say to the audience every once in a while concerning requests: "Remember folks, every request is five dollars, and if we don't know it we'll send you back the change". Its kinda brash but humourous at the same time. Its also very cheap. civicman
