Hi! My name is KENNY,and I have just joined the forum. I have tried to download JAZZ MIDI SEQUENCER PROGRAM,but can't seem to do it.Could somebody take me through it step by step,as I am kind of a newbie to computers.I would like to be able to make changes to the midi file, but can't seem to figure it out. Cat has been trying to help me,but I don't like to keep bothering her.

Click this link with your left mouse button. Jazz Midi Sequencer. You may also need to download the WinZip prog to unpack it too. You will be prompted to Open/Save/Cancel Click on SAVE. Save the file to your hard drive. Then you will need to un-pack it with WinZip. You can download this from the "Download Page" on the main site. Once you open the file click on "EXTRACT", then chose a place on your hard drive to store the un-packed files. Now go to the un-packed files and double click on "Setup.exe" Then follow the prompts...... You will now have The Jazz Sequencer installed on your PC. You can then start the programme just like any-other.

just want to ask why is it that some of my midi files don't play the way it should be? I am a laptop Pentium 4 using vanbasco and external module SCMKII 55 with USB MIDI interface UM-3ex Edirol made by Roland. I always use the GS reset at the first bar beginning of each file, then all the cc's etc. on second bar but the problem is, it doesn't recognized for about 2-3 seconds the settings (effects etc) I used. Need your advice. Thanks

Hi Ramon,
If youd like to send me a particularly bad example of the problem you have I'll take a look at the file and see if I can work out what's going on. If you click on "JohnG" just above my avatar it'll take you to my profile where you'll find my e-mail address.
