Just read the post and at the top right of the post will be a "Reply Button", just click this and enter your text in the area provided.
You can change the colour, size of text, add a picture and use bold or italics etc etc by using the icons above the text area.
Alternatively you can use the "Quick Reply" box at the bottom of the posts.
