First click on the category that your thread goes under (please think carefully) as placement in the wrong category will mean less viewing.
Click on "New Thread" (Top Right), chose a Subject and enter it into the "subject box" at the top of the form.
Create your text message in the box below the icons, you can add smilies, bold text, underline, colour etc etc.
Before you post it please remember to spell check (button at the bottom of the form) and preview it. When in preview, this is exactly how it will look when you click "Post Message"

I cant find the new thread logo in the top right hand corner ? What I would like to know is, can I change a midifile to a mp3 or audio file ?

Will,
When you go to a category you will see three tabs on the top right. The "new thread" tab is in the centre. Remember you can't start a new thread in an already existing one.
PS. The simple answer to your question is yes, but please post your queary again in the relevant section, this way you'll get a more complete response.
