First of all, make sure you chose the right category.
Above the text area in your post there are many icons, "Insert Hyperlink", "Insert Ftp Link", "Insert Image" and "Insert Email".
It is the same for all links but we will create an email link.
Firstly click the icon "Insert Email", you will see [--][--]. Inside these brackets will be email /email. Now place the email address between the brackets [--]me@mine.com[--] and post. mail@midimart.net
