OK, he' dead since 2002 but this Irish man wrote and recorded one of my all time favourite classics, Days Of Pearly Spencer and deserves to be remembered. Better late than never

Always went down well, I always liked to play the songs that were not that well remembered but were recognized as soon as they heard it. Another song in the same ilk was Grocer Jack (Theme from a Teenage Opera) by Keith West
