Roy Orbison died, aged 52, 6th December 1988. Probably one of the greatest voices in popular music

Hey Guilty - What a great singer Damien is ( Australian Idol won by an Irishman.... good on yer). When I played the clubs in Manchester/Liverpool back in the 70's our drummer sang Crying and I gave it a nice phaser sound on the gibbo - loved the song - brilliant - thanks for the memory Rockabilly
