The music industry lost a great soulful R&B crooner last week, the son of the legendary O'Jays lead singer Eddie Levert. Gerald Levert, touched so many lives in his short life here, and will be missed very much by fans all over the world. I enjoyed his music so much, and will forever remember him.

I'm sorry but I have never heard of this guy, what did he sing.
I have obviously heard of Eddie of the O'Jay's but not his son...
My condolences and my warmest wishes goes out to his family....

Hello guys, sorry I took so long to reply, I've been busy working. Brucehinely hit the nail on the head. His voice was great , exactly like his dad but a little better. The song that really put him on the map was Pop goes my mind, with his brother Shawn. He also did a couple duets with his dad, one was a cover tune, Hero. Very powerful duet, check it out if you get the chance.

Hello Midimart members, just wanted to inform everyone that the last album that Gerald completed has just been released. I've heard some clips of the songs and they are very good.
