Solution:

Ann (MOM 'M') is 21 years older than Tim (Child 'C').

M = C + 21

In 6 years from now the mom will be 5 times as old as the child.

M + 6 = ( C + 6 ) x 5

C + 21 + 6 = ( C + 6) x 5

C + 27 = 5C + 30

-3 = 4C

C = -3/4

The child is -3/4 year old, that's -9 months.
Child will be born in 9 months.
So, right now, Ann's Husband is on top of her

Well most of your answer to the question is correct, ie. "The child is -3/4 year old, that's -9 months." and "Child will be born in 9 months."
BUT.. The last part (The assumption) "So, right now, Ann's Husband is on top of her." is actually incorrect !!
The correct answer is as follows....
Your fact - "Child will be born in 9 months."
Therefore conception has already occurred..
Therefore the woman would be on the phone to her mother to tell her and receive information on how debilitating and disfiguring the whole pregnancy will be and that the husband should never have done such a horrible thing to her daughter.
THEN call her sisters and or other siblings, Girlfriends, ex-Girlfriends, old school mates, ex-Boyfriends, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, the girls at the local Supermarket and the Carpark attendant of the building she works in..
