Just remembered this lol and it`s true we had a gig in whitla street fire station some 20 years ago,i was drumming then as part of a 5 piece band we had been told that our meals were booked so went along and set up,the guy that booked us came over to say that they were meals short and apologised he also give us our instructions for the nite,which included stopping immediately the bell sounded. We hadn`t started to play when the bell went and a crew ran off leaving their meals,3 off the band sat down and were served 3 meals they were told that the crew wouldn`t be back for sometime just as they finished the third course the engine came back and the crew came up expecting to get their meal lol lol alas they were to late and had to send out for fish suppers lol lol lol you could have cut the atmosphere with a knife all nite lol lol lol lol just thought i`d share that lol lol
