Hi Midimart Men,
I went to audition the above song from the midifile archive and found that it did not play with sound?
Maybe just needs a tweak by someone who knows.

Also if I wanted to join some midi songs together and got one of our eminent experts to do it for me,(is Jazzcat still available to do this type of thing?), would you have any objections in editing in this way. For example, say I have two songs by the same artist that fade out and the next one fades in it would be good to join to make a medley, but of the full songs so to speak.
The song keys would not be an issue due to the longish intro etc.

Just want to get a little more professional and keep 'em dancin' if possible and my skill with a sequencer for cut and paste etc. is not good, just need someone to teach me I suppose.

Hi G,

JazzCat, as far as I'm aware still does this for people. But you must send her what you want done and the files in a PM. She often won't find it in a separate thread at random. Don't expect instant results, she's often a bit busy, but she will get round to it if at all possible.

No, it's not you Lena!
The midi had a sysex reset at the start that may have turned your sounds off, note-off commands at the "end" etc. but more importantly had an extra 21,000 bars of empty space at the end with a reset controller on track 1 at bar 21,000+ !!! I've removed them and will upload the cleaned up file.
