Just joined you all today - just wanted to say "Hi". Not much of a creator of midi myself more a user. I've been in bands for ages but got sick of the schoolboy tantrums. Just myself on guitar and my good mate on bass these days. Realised we needed the extra sound to fill in with and found Midi as an excellent source as you can switch off the various voices so we can fill in the gaps.
I'm still on a big learning curve, hence my looking into see you Guys.
Dave

Hi Dave,
You will find that nearly all of us are STILL learning. The ones that say they know it all are liars.
Have a great stay and lets learn together.

Hi Dave
You've come to the right place, as Glenn says we're all on the learning curve here, and we have fun whilst learning.
Have a great time.

G/day Dave, welcome to the club, you are dead right about the learning curve however since becoming a fairly recent member myself the curve is not quite so steep as it was (mine was almost vertical) & being nearly three score & ten years as well makes it a great challenge, but you know what "i love it" i still get a big kick standing out front of a group of seniors, aged care & nursing home residents & also disabled folks with my guitar giving them the oldies & singalong songs & now i am able to have some midi backing just lifts the whole performance. I am looking all the time to improve the quality so the advice & help of the great bunch at midimart is invaluable. All the best to you Dave from down under Terry (simmo)
