Just joined the site, hopefully going to become a gold member trying to get my hands on some of those rare MIDI files! I'm a guitarist first, but I do dabble with MIDI backing tracks and a bit of computer music. If you get chance, check out some of my songs on www.myspace.com/citizennumberonebandCheers!

Welcome from me also. Great name - Flesh I have many cousins in Wales. They went there from Ireland in the mid 1960s, they're mostly in around the Cardiff area and feature regularly on TV shows like Rouge Traders

I've watched Rogue Traders a few times, is this a similar one where they also wear excessive amounts of make-up? ho-ho-ho hee-hee-hee! Sorreee. JohnG. P.S. almost forgot, welcome aboard Flesh.

Hi Flesh - great to have you on board. Visited your "space". Looks good - congrats. I've never done any originals - just perform covers in clubs down here in OZ. Gotta make a living somehow!

Hi all, thanks for the warm welcome!! Now, does anyone know a singer and bass player looking to join a covers band for some work? Based in South Wales, UK, we are looking to audition people VERY, VERY soon. Anyone interested, or who know people, please message me or leave a post.

Warren, computer-wise, at the moment I use a no-brand PC laptop with XP and I'm looking at getting maybe Sonar, but I love Macs and I'm thinking of going back to one. Guitars, Fender Thinline Telecaster, Epiphone Sheriton, Epiphone Les Paul, Ibanez electro-acoustic, Fender Performer 1000 amp combo, Marshall Valvestate 100W head (sounds great from the DI into the computer!), lots of different effects (Boss, Ibanez, Dunlop, Morley, DOD, Big Muff) and I also have a Mapex five-piece drum kit. I use a 61-note Midiman USB keyboard for programming, loops and keyboard tracks when I'm doing computer music.
