HI There have just join the midimart forum. Had a quick browse through and there is a lot of interesting information and stuff on here. Nice one guys and girls. Been using midi files for backing tracks for 12 years now and this is by far the best source I have found on the internet. Due to this fact when you went to a subscription charge I felt obliged to pay the small amount of money to continue getting access to these very good quality midis. I signed up on 5th May 2007 for a years access and promptly recieved my Username and password details and was able to download these midis. After about a month my password would no longer work. I have sent 3 E-Mails to midimart to solve this problem and have yet not even received a reply. This is almost 3 months since have have been able to access midis for download and have contributed my fee for this privilage. Why is it that I haven't had a response, except the automated reply, with instruction to rectify this so I can use the service I have paid for. I find this upsetting because you guys at midimart have obviously spent a lot of time and effort setting up this midi community here and are now charging for it, even though this is a nominal amount for what you provide and yet people who have paid this fee are getting nothing in return. I would be interested in your thoughts and whether this can be solved quickly.

Thanks for the reply Tiny, nice to be welcomed. I have sent Glenn and E-Mail just after the site was revamped and didn't get a reply. Maybe he overlooked it. I'll try again and hopefully get it sorted.

Hi Geraint, thanks for your response. I have tried the original password and username and still no success. I'm sure these are the correct details as they used to work however in the origianl E-Mail that I can't find I'm sure it stated these were only tempory. Any chance you can E-Mail the correct password and username I should be using.
Many Thanks
Klaus

Hi klaus.
There must have been some mix up somewhere along the line as I honestly have not received any mail from you in the past.
I can assure you that if you mailed me. I would have responded.
Please accept my apologies for this slight hic-up and hope that it will not deter you from our little community.
I see geraint has sorted this problem out for you but when you joined as a fully paid member, there is a notice that the username & password are temporary and an email was sent to you giving you your personal username and password.
Glad to see things have been sorted. I will be PMing you personally.
BTW..... A big welcome from me too.

Hi Klaus Welcome to the forum from me in Essex, England, sorry you had so much trouble at the begining, it must be an isolated incident as I know Glenn and all the others to do with the site are normally very quick to respond to any mail you send them, but good to see it's all sorted now, enjoy your stay.
