Tablature, Chord Charts, Lyrics

What is the Forums policy or thoughts on posting Chord Charts or Tablature here?

It could be a help to a lot to the forum users if a midi file were to supplied with the chords and or lyrics if available or upon request.

What a great idea. Again, we at MidiMart have to be aware of copyright infringements. If a simple chord chart or tab is created, I don't think we will get any bother, but if say a scanned piece of copyright manuscript is posted then - wham, closure.....

I'll check this one out mate. We could create a board or sub-board under the 'Guitar Lovers Lounge' and 'Keyboard Lovers Lounge'.

Leave it with me and I'll check with M.C.P.S. / P.R.S.

OK..... I have checked with M.C.P.S. - P.R.S. I'm sure Pat will create a board dedicated for guitar tab and chords / lyrics etc.....

There is no problem posting guitar tab/chords/lyrics as long as there are no copyright printed materials posted. We do not have a license for this.

Thanks Glenn & Pat thats excellent.

After shezza requested the chords for a song, I thought rather than post them here and risk possible copyright infringement (or whatever they may call it) I emailed them on, but it got me thinking it would be have been nice to have shared them here for other users.
