This suggestion is more for the main site. Although I love the files over there I think it would be great if there were some karaoke files as well. It isn't just the professionals who use and love the tracks but us armatures who like to sing in front of the wife and kids. ;D I know I can get karaoke files using the likes of vanbasco but it would be just wonderful if I could get top quality files from midimart.net with the lyrics embedded

Hi oldsage...
.kar files are only .mid files with the extension changed....
Change the .kar to .mid and they are playable as midi files, but yes, send them to me and I'll have a look (listen) to them.
Do not send mp3's as there is no way of telling if they are copyright or not, unless blatantly obvious.

Karaoke files would be great.....I do my own with Power Karaoke, then convert them from CDG to MPG so I can play them on the TV. Getting lyrics with your midi files would be terriffic as nearly all the Karaoke I do I use your midis. Too bad you don't have all the ones I have been looking for......but hey, I'm happy with what I have.
Thanks Glen and all the others who put in to make MidiMart the best midi site around....
Regards, Jan
