Hi everybody and Happy Easter! Today - or on saturday in some parts of Sweden - the very young swedish children will be dressed up as witches and go begging for treats. In return they´ll give you a nice drawing with an easter theme. It´s really sweet. They do that because tonight all witches will fly on their brooms to a special place called "Blåkulla" where they´ll have their pagan dances.
Easter eve we will eat eggs (of course), salmon and herings and some other dishes I can´t describe. Here most people are more concerned about the food than the gospel, I´m afraid.

No disrespect intended but certain posts have been deleted from this thread as I do not want this turning into an argument on religious grounds.
This thread is simply for those who wish to pass on their good wishes to others who celebrate Easter and is not for the purposes of debating its validity or otherwise.
There are other forums for that.
