Has any of our fellow Irish members heard The Outlaws version of LYIN EYES.......its a disgrace that this great classic can be ''disfigured'' in this way....if you havent heard it yet...your lucky............I cant understand why the Irish Showband ''singers'' think that they can take classics and rearrange them and then have the b*lls to stand on stage and sing this rubbish...Mike Denver did the same to Dr Hooks ..Syvlia's Mother

Yip and i agree it`s getting quite a bit of airtime on radio ulster by that pratt Hugo Duncan,they imatation is the sincerest form of flattery but alas not in this case it`s just pure dross

not only lyin eyes have they destroyed they have covered other classics how do they get any gigs ,hugo tone deaf is worse for playing them on the radio
