Please can you tell me if there is a way to view earlier posts more than the set 20 which comes up on the Info centre on the home page, I'm trying to trace a thread I read a few weeks ago about Cataloging Music, gone into every subject individually and searched without any luck, but I know it's there somewhere.

Hi jacqui.
We never delete a post or thread, unless it goes against our policy. It's out there somewhere - The 20 posts you are referring to, is the 20 Most Recent Posts.
There is no archive on this forum jacqui, all posts are there to be read over and over again.
I'll have a search for this thread/post later and let you know my findings.

Hi Jacqui............No doubt about it, and just to reiterate what Glenn said, no files are deleted unless they contravene the forum's policy. But this only happens very rarely - we have the best members in the world here.  Also now and again the odd double post is displayed, which is removed when spotted. NB: A double post usually happens when a member presses the "Post Reply" tab, and then presses it again, thinking their post hasn't gone through |
