I've almost no words to describe my sadness.
My favorite singer of all time, bar none. I still listen to the first record almost daily. I feel almost like I've lost a family member.
One of the nicest guys in the business too. It just really sucks. There is no Boston without Brad. As much as the recent Boston band and records have blown, I'd go see them every year because of Brad. Just to hear that amazing voice.
Maybe God took him so he could finally sing with angels, where he belongs
R.I.P Amigo.... :-(
Jeff

Yes...... I to am deeply saddened by this extremely popular guy. And to say he was only 55 years young, it is a terrible shame to lose such an outstanding artiste. God be with you. More Than A Feeling by BostonAs with tradition, MidiMart pays tribute by placing an mp3 of one of Boston's memorable tracks.

What really bothers me the most is the great gift and legacy that Brad Delp and Boston have given to guitar driven heavy melodic rock.. and still not be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!! This is a travesty of exponential proportion. Every day Boston remains omitted from "the Halls' roster is a slap in the face to the enormous legacy of one of rock's greatest voices and the band that propelled that voice forever into the annals of popular music!!

I however am happy to say that I got to see them twice in concert( both times in FL) and was brought to tears as many times. It's a great thing to see veteran musicians who've still got their chops "go for the rafters" even though they might be a bit long in the tooth. God bless Boston and Bradley Delp!!

That "Hall Of Fame" is meaningless anyway. Only critics darlings need apply.
