Clearing up The Request Sections

Hi guys
I have just been on and asked you to remove a request as Ihave sourced a cd so I can have ago at it myself.
If say for example a song cannot be found eg On Days Like These
from The Italian Job could it be removed thus freeing up valuable space on the site.If we the members let you know its no longer required.This could help the site.

Just direct your deletions to steptoe (John) or you can actually (your own posts) delete them yourself....

I did try to delete one of my posts, which worked fine, but the reply that was with it from a member could not be deleted by me, so what do we do then?
