HELP Anyone know a celebrity ?

Hi Folks,

Next Thursday the 24th May I have organised a "Big Benefit Bash" here on the Costa Blanca in a large hotel. The purpose being to raise as much money as possible for the "Friends of Jackie Fund". A fund set up to help & support a mother of 4 who has Bone Cancer. (She used to work at my gig but is no longer able to)
I could go on but I dont want to bore you. (If you'd like more info PM me)

To my point; I have about 10 acts providing their services for free. All of the acts travelling from the UK or Ireland have had their travel expenses covered by generous donors. But now..........

My "Celebrity" has just pulled out saying............... something has come up...........needless to say I am just a little miffed.
Does anyone on this forum know a celeb or star turn who would make an appearance at the bash ? I can offer a few days in the sun with their flights & reasonable ex's covered.
I'd be eternally grateful for any help.

I've given my friend Joe (squeaky) Pasquale a call, he apologises but is on tour until September....

If there were a little more notice, he would have gladly done a half hour spot for you....

At least I tried. (I think you may have a little trouble with such short notice m8)...

Tried one or two i knew in England, but alas, too short notice mate, if you hav,nt already tried you could try the local ex-pat radio stations in spain to put out a request for you.

Hi murphy....a friend of mine, Curtis Magee, is playing at Shaun Michael Goodtime Hoilday in Calpe during that week.....he usually goes on tour with a lot of Irish Country singers....( but Im not sure about this tour )....ring 01984 623168 and you might find out more....hope it works out for you.....PS...Just of the phone to Curtis and he told me that Susan McCann and Stephen Smyth are also on the tour......whereabouts is the event

Firstly I appreciate your efforts on my behalf.
The show is in LA Zenia (Torrevieja) approx 1.5 hours drom Calpe straight down the motorway.
