Shyam, you need to check to see if it is still linked correctly to the hosing site. If it is and there's still a problem the chances are it is with them and not you.

Thats a very good point Shyam where is Alan, i spoke with him a few weeks ago giving him advice on his satellite tv but i havent seen him in here recently. Think i`ll phone him and check that nothing is wrong

Guys, I entered the URL after uploding a pic of mine , on to specified space but the picture hasnt come !! The pic was a jpg with a size of 100 x 93/
What went wrong

Hi Pat, Fo want of a good Avatar, I uploaded my visiting card logo on to 4Shared after resizing the image to 100x49 pixels, got the undermentioned URL and entered it to my profile against the Avatar URL, but nothing seems to be happening. Could you please help and also ..... tell me how to do it so I can put in a good one when I find one. Alan, (foothillssound) doesnt seem to be around to help.  |

Hi Shyam, one place that seems to be the easiest to use is imageshack. My understanding is 4shared insist on you visiting them at least once a month to keep your account active but this isn't the case with imageshack.
I will have a look at your URL.
EDIT: Just checked and there isn't one for an avatar.

Keep your photo as an avatar. It's nice to be able to see who one is talking to! That gif animation heart jumping around on the screen used to drive me completely insane. It was distracting and irritating to me. A slow moving animation doesn't seem to bug me but those things designed to 'catch your eye' with fast motion are a PITE for me. ( Pain In The Eyes <grin> )

Hi Shyam & all. I was doing some maintenance on my server & unintentionally wiped out your avatar when deleting a directory I was no longer using. I had the avatar stored on a hard drive & uploaded it back to the server. If you want to keep your photo, by all means change it back, Shyam.
