A few posts/threads have been about what people use to play back there tracks on stage ie laptops ipods midi hardware minidisc which i use well i have just purchased a hifi card reader only thing thats disappointing is i was told 2 bits of info which were not correct 1st one was that you could have dirs and sub dirs which you can but itll play all mp3s in one dir before it selects another also was told that it was alpha/numeric ie you could name your mp3 and the titles would come up but it dont just numbers but hey if you wanna say put loads of mp3 on a sd card or usb stick and play thru you P A have a look only 40 quid good for a back up youll just have to make a list of the songs to correspond to each track www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?ModuleNo=222291&doy=8m5

Hi Levi2, Are you saying that the title of the mp3 does not show? Can you play a single track and then stop, or does it automatically play the next track? What does it sound like, is it hi-fi? Will it play 320bps mp3's? A lot of questions I know, but I consider this for £39.99
Thanks

hi ovation theres some good points and bad points having done a few trials good points nice and light good sound 5 preset eqs has play and pause then go forward /backward to select track you want
bad points dosnt have text just numbers no dirs or sub dirs worst one is i just found out it plays the files in order you copy them over on to your sd card even if you put a number in front ie 01 02 03 it will make no difference it wont list it in order so which ever track you put on your sdcard it will play that one 1st and so on if you know what i mean so if you wanted to make a play list you copy each file over in the order you gonna play them

Hi Levi, Thanks for coming back and providing this invaluable info. That has convinced me not to bother. I'm sure it wouldn't have cost much more to make it more user friendly. Oh well, could've been a good idea! Thanks again Levi
