Happy Birthday MidiMart Forum
Well everyone, Sunday 5th August 2007, is the 2nd anniversary of the Birth of the MidiMart.net Forum.
We, Pat and myself have endured some very hard work in the first half and we decided to alleviate some of this work and get ourselves a few new members of staff.
Not that it isn't hard work now, but the forum has just grown and grown. From just a few members in the early stages to an average of 290 constant members.
May I give my thanks to each and every one of you for supporting MidiMart and the Forum through a great deal of this time.....
And a big thank you to Pat, which without him, this Forum may have never existed. Thanx Pat.
And a very Happy 2nd Birthday to The MidiMart Forum.

Wow! Times flies  Thanks Glenn for those remarks. The forum is made up of not just a few but of all those who have contributed in many different ways, helping ensure we are at the very top of the tree in the world of midi. I may be the one who first approached Glenn with the suggestion about setting up the forum but it is he who deserves all the credit for having the foresight to appreciate the vision presented and seeing how such a place could benefit midi lovers all over the world. Glenn is the man.  Geraint may be a fairly new and worthy addition to the admin team but he is an old hand when it comes to this place and his assistance is highly sought by all on the team. Well done Geraint. Take a bow We have staff members who devote their time and energy constantly and enthusiastically, helping make us what we are. Glenn, Geraint and myself are merely three of the many cogs which help to keep it all going. You guys deserve medals Regular members, I won't name you all, have proven time and time again just how wonderful and giving you all are; whenever someone wants something you're there if it's at all possible to assist. The really great thing is it is your generosity and consistency in giving that is legendary and makes people want to return again and again. Well done to each and everyone of you. Here's to the next two years ! |

Belatedly, all the best Glenn and Pat - and all the others who have helped to keep this forum and midifile site running. You're the best and I'm also very proud to be a member of this family. May we all be around for many more years.
