Here's my ultimate anti telemarketing device-Somebody please invent it fast. OR-show me where to get one.
It's an answer machine that has multiple outgoing messages with
several BUTTONS-each one with an outgoing recorded message
made by the owner of the machine. I hit whatever outgoing message I want after seeing who is on the called ID on my phone.
Free rubbish incoming call- button 1 is pressed and message says:
"I'm not interested in free things right now, please put me on your
do not call list, and please mail me your do not call policy"
no message time allowed.
Mortgage companies calling-button 2 is pressed and message says "You as a mortgage company know my existing mortgage
and therefore know I can't afford a different cheaper mortgage
right now. No thanks for calling" no time allowed for incoming
message
Free cable/Sattelite calls-button 3 is pressed and message says
"can't answer your call because I'm watching the Free cable and
sattelite from the other guys" call is terminated.
Prior to each message to be played, a predetermined time sequence will be blank so the prerecorded telemarketing scammers can play their messages at the same time my machine is playing mine-at least they are leaving someone else alone for that brief moment before my line hangs up. Their prerecorded
solicitation messages are somehow programmed to terminate the call if a real human answers at home.....
Anyhoo, you might get the idea I get a lot of incoming telemarketing calls when I'm not at work- and you'd be correct.
Show me the machine and I'll buy it. Probably the entire country
would buy one as well. Thanks.
Don't make me invent it myself. I don't think I could stand being on "The oprah" since I can't stand the show. Just wouldn't feel right accepting the praises of "The oprah", heck, even Letterman
can't get on there........ It's a joke, son.....
