A quick Google will tell you it can't be done.
8 connections is possible but not 9.

A quick Google will tell you it can't Be Done. 8 connections is possible but not 9. It can be done, you simply have to cheat a little in the way as demonstrated by the link I provided. The person who completed the puzzle discovered that it is possible to run a line under neat one of the junction.  |
