Intro

Hi Forum Members,

Just a short message of intro, I am Gordon based in the lovely county of Somerset, fiddle around on Korg keyboards, at the moment I have new toy, the PA1x, I am very limited on musical talent so tend to work with midi files etc. I can see from the group already some great advice on the workings of the PA1x, keep the advice coming through! I will get round to most of the subjects eventually.
Have been a "sleeping" member for sometime, not clever enough to contribute much, but like the midi/mp3 downloads.
Do many people use the mp3 recordings as backing tracks, with my range of vocals I need the versatility of transposing midis!

I have a prisitine PA80 for sale which I will put in the instruments for sale section.

That is about it for now, hope to be involved soon.

I have noticed a few postings from your good self on occasions, my advice is - Jump in head first, you can only drown ;D

No but seriously, if you, like me give advice and it is wrong there is always someone out there to correct you. I learn quite a lot from other members this way.

Thanks for the welcome, my son has just completed a new album in LA, and it may be released in USA/Europe (not sure if in the UK yet) it is not my intention to do a promo job, but if I can get some material on mp3 it would be good to get some feedback if I can get it posted on the group site. Someone may even want to do some mid files of the songs, which would be brilliant. Just a proud Dad I guess.
