Hi everybody,Today turned out to be a really great day so i thought i would share it with all my unseen friends from midimart, having babysitted two of our grandkids for the night my good wife of 47 years & myself took the young fellows to the local shopping centre to do a little shopping & in the process gave the little blokes a couple of treats & a bit of a feed at the same time, much to there delight & in due course dropped them back to there hardworking mum & dad who had had a break from work & went to see the performance by "Sting" at our local venue in Perth the previous evening which completely blew them away.In the afternoon we had a visit by son no.3 with wife & new born bub in tow which lead on to an impromt bbq etc & a really enjoyable finish to a great day, even though the temperature hovered around 37c ( a good excuse to slip into a few coldies). Then came the icing on the cake as i was asked to give a little bit of entertainment to round the day off, so armed with my trusty ovation balladeer i proceeded to run off a few numbers & wait for it, with the newly aquired mm midifiles i even surprised myself as i peeled off a bit of country, r/roll & ballads which even stopped the bub from crying & impressed the family including my wife who for the past few weeks has had to bare the pains of a demented old fella as he struggled to cope with the new technology that goes along with all of the problems of trying to impliment the new world of midi editing. So in short folks a big thankyou to everyone to whom i have probably tried there patience over the past few weeks, asking all the sometimes unintelligent questions to subjects i had little understanding of, but the good news is ,i am getting there & intend to keep perservering until i do,so many thanks to you all at mm & bare with me if i continue to annoy you with irritating requests.
kind regards simmo
